THE NRS DIFFERENCE
NRS brake pads are the world’s longest lasting brake pad for a reason. We use Galvanized steel construction and premium friction materials, making sure you have the same stopping power through out the life of the entire brake pad.
NRS also uses patented NRS™ technology insuring the friction material never delaminates from the backing plate, giving you more secure, safer stops.
GALVANIZED STEEL CONSTRUCTION
Our brake pads will never rust, and never delaminate. All NRS metallic components are made from Galvanized steel.
PREMIUM FRICTION MATERIALS
Whatever the driving conditions, whatever type of vehicle, NRS has a friction material to cover them. Tested to the breaking point, our friction was designed to exceed OEM standards.
PATENTED SHARK-Metal™ TECHNOLOGY
Our exclusive patented SHARK-Metal™ technology mechanically fuses the backing plate to the friction material, creating an indestructible bond.
Avoid Unnecessary Brake Jobs Experience The NRS Galvanized Difference
Fully Galvanized Backing Plates
A majority of after-market brake pads today use painted back plates and inconsistently applied adhesives to bond the friction material to the back plate. These adhesives are easily thermally degraded during normal service.
NRS zinc plated protection prevents corrosion, affording a very robust rust inhibition over the lifetime of the brake pad. Brake pads shouldn’t need to be replaced for back-plate corrosion well before they actually wear out!

Patented NRS Technology
We have engineered a Safety Braking Zone into every one of NRS brake pads.
Instead of adhesives, NRS brake pads have In-situ galvanized hooks – called NRSTM on the backing-plate surface. These hooks provide a mechanical retention of the friction material, overcoming inadequacies
of adhesive usage.
This guarantees that the friction material will never delaminate, providing a longer life and safer brake operation for the entire life of the pad.

Premium Friction Materials
We use the best engineered friction materials in NRS brake pads.
NRS semi-metallic brake pads have more durability and longevity than traditional pads.
Ideal for passenger cars, light trucks, vans, import and domestic, NRS brake pads stop sooner, last longer, and are significantly quieter than traditional brake pads.

Noise Canceling Piston Insert
This revolutionary noise suppression device snaps into place and works with every open piston caliper with ease. The floating design reduces vibration, which reduces brake noise by 90%.
The noise cancelling piston insert is included with all galvanized NRS brake pads.
The Noise-Cancelling PISTON CUSHION is designed to attack a known problem area of your braking system, Brake caliper/brake pad rotor interface. This is the main cause of noisy experiences while braking.
This device absorbs friction and vibration, the two main causes of audible brake noise. Compatible with every open piston application, it can reducing noise levels by up-to 90%.
The best part, it’s included with every galvanized brake kit.
We meet and exceed all U.S. Environmental regulations for brake production
NRS Brakes Ultra-Premium products are environmentally friendly and adhere to the new low copper requirements under California and Washington restrictions.
NRS metallics and copper free ceramics already meet the
LEVEL A, B, and N mandated U.S. regulations.
These symbols are your assurance that NRS Brakes is committed to our environment. NRS brake pads are 100% copper FREE as well as being 100% recyclable.
